Problem:

The hair care market is highly dynamic and competitive, which is why our client decided to launch a loyalty program “SKP Profit”, dedicated to hair salons. The main challenges: make offers more appealing, increase sales & reduce competitor order volume, acquire e-mails & establish a communications channel between SKP and hair salons.

Solution:

We built a B2B loyalty program based on a web application and admin panel.
Main features: SAP integration, Contact Center - Help Desk, communication channel, sales representative configuration, marketing campaign scenarios for each product.

68.6% of direct sales come from SKP Profit registered salons (10/2016 – 10/2018).

Solution:

Together we decided to launch their loyalty program and support it with a marketing campaign. For every purchase the customer received loyalty points (1 PLN = 1 point), which could be exchanged for rewards or cash-back. Problem:

The client wanted to create a motivation system in order to increase the level of employee performance. At the same time, the challenges were also to increase the interest of players in the current offer, to acquire new customers interested in participating in organized games and lotteries (from the current and future offer) and to obtain customers’ contact data for the purpose of direct communication.

Solution:

After performing a pre-implementation analysis for a loyalty program, we designed and developed a loyalty and marketing B2C platform for players, a system for handling promotional lotteries, we integrated client’s sales systems in stationary lottery outlets and online Lotto platforms. We also created an incentive platform for sales forces (own and partner/franchise sales). We are also responsible for the development of platform functionalities with subsequent modules generating added value for players, employees and Totalizator Sportowy.
